Play fair, be kind in chat, and know that cash and gems are game money only. By playing Naija Farm you agree to these terms.

The game

Naija Farm is a farming game. Naira, gems, goods and everything else in the game are part of the game only: they have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money or sold outside the game.

Age and accounts

• You must be 13 or older to sign in, chat, trade with other players or buy anything. If you are under 18, get a parent or guardian’s permission before buying.
• One person, one account. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Chat and other players

Other farmers are real people. When you chat, gift, swap or visit:

• No insults, threats, hate, sexual content or bullying.
• No phone numbers, links, addresses or asking for real money. Never share personal details.
• No spam, scams or pretending to be someone else, including staff.
• No selling game items or accounts for real money.

Use the report and block buttons when something is wrong. We may hide messages, mute, or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without warning. Messages are filtered and rate-limited automatically.

Fair play

Do not cheat, edit saves, exploit bugs, use bots or attack the game’s servers. If you find a bug, tell us. We may correct balances that came from cheating or bugs, and ban accounts that cheat.

Purchases and refunds

• Cash and gem packs are paid in naira through Paystack. Prices are shown before you pay.
• A pack is added to your farm only after our server confirms the payment with Paystack.
• Because packs are delivered at once, purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or the pack did not arrive. Write to with your Paystack reference.
• If a payment is refunded or reversed (for example a chargeback), the pack is taken back from your farm.

Changes and availability

The game is offered as it is. We keep improving it, so features, prices and balance may change. We try to keep it running but cannot promise it will never be down. We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you in the game when it matters.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost game progress caused by your device, or anything other players say or do. Nothing here limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
